About Asher
Asher Whitman is a pianist, vocalist, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist with a love for jazz, classic standards, and timeless songwriting.
A jazz piano major at the University of Central Florida, Asher performs on both piano and trumpet bringing together the parts of music he loves most: improvisation, arranging, vocals, songwriting, and live performance.
His musical influences span jazz, swing, classic standards, singer-songwriters, and piano-driven pop. He’s especially drawn to artists who combine strong musicianship with personality, storytelling, and live performance.
Alongside performing the music that shaped him, Asher is developing original music of his own — blending timeless songwriting, piano-driven pop, and a modern crooner sensibility.
